KENPAI is a 15-minute psychological thriller set at the intersection of two worlds, the largest Japanese diaspora outside Japan, and the favela logic of Brazil. Yakuza codes meet street violence. Ancient ritual meets Carnival. A world I've been building for two years, its characters, its cultural layers, its visual language.
