Image, music, and story grow together in Lynda Cathcart’s work as an AI artist, composer, educator, and founder of Curio. I work across image, sound, story, and new production tools to create original worlds and help other creative teams find their own way into AI filmmaking.
Music is a major part of how I direct. I often think about rhythm and emotional movement before the final images exist, which lets sound and picture grow together. My work spans branded films, original entertainment, music visuals, cultural projects, talks, and workshops. I’m a good partner for projects that need both creative direction and practical guidance—whether that means developing a film from scratch, shaping a new character or world, composing its sound, or helping a team build a more thoughtful AI production practice.
