The place of arbitration will be Los Angeles County, California. The arbitral award will be final and binding on both parties and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights, confidential information, security, or other urgent interests.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and az8 regarding your use of the website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

No counter-offer, additional term, or conflicting condition proposed by you will apply unless expressly accepted by az8 in writing. We expressly reject any such counter-offers or additional terms.
